Recently my dad took Damen and me to the Cheesecake Factory in Tyson’s Corner.  Before we left the house we googled vegan options and basically discovered there is almost nothing and a ton of conflicting/outdated information.  We decided the pizza w/out cheese was the best option and I would bring some Daiya with me and ask them to put it on.  After we were seated we scoured the book of a menu and I saw Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta and that really looked like a good and tasty option, before we ordered we again went to google to see what others have said about it being vegan.  Again there was not very much out there but most said without cheese it is vegan, but what I forgot was that pasta is sometimes made with eggs and that was impossible to verify and not having that on mind I did order it.

Overall this pasta dish tasted good, but I do wish there were more veggies and less red peppers-bleh 😛 It was a little oily but the artichokes were really tasty and once cut up really added to the flavor. While it was good I may not order this again, its status as vegan is unsure but next time I go I will go for cheeseless pizza or the Thai Lettuce Wraps minus chicken.
